Medina Publishing based on the Isle of Wight (UK) is run by Peter Harrigan, Kitty Carruthers, and Jonathan Edwards.  Established in 2009, they are specialists in Middle Eastern and equestrian titles. Medina, the Arabic word for town, resonates on two levels. The Isle of Wight, close by the Medina River which splits the northern part of this diamond-shaped garden island. But, more significantly, their field of publishing expertise lies in Arab and Islamic affairs, particularly in the Gulf region – for which the Holy City of Medina is a focal point.
