Full of colour photographs, the book is arranged chronologically and traces changes in the themes depicted and artistic style through time. A short discussion of the techniques used, conservation and reproduction is given at the end. Most of the examples shown come from Tarquinia although other places, such as Veio, Certeveri and Caere, are recognised. Italian text.
