This large two volume work publishes the proceedings of a 2007 workshop at the Danish Institute at Athens, and contains articles on LM IB pottery with coverage from almost every LM IB site in Crete, as well as material from further afield. As well as addressing methodological problems relating to the incomplete publication of the huge LM I assemblages, prominent themes include regional trends in ceramic production, and relative chronology and the possibility of identifying local sub-phases of LM IB.
