An easy to use catalogue of the Iron Age coins of Britain compiled by Elizabeth Cottam, Philip de Jersey, Chris Rudd and John Sills from the 45,000 Pritanic coins recorded by the Celtic Coin Index at the Institute of Archaeology, Oxford. Nearly 1000 coins are catalogued and illustrated including 418 types not listed in Van Arsdell's catalogue, the last major publication on the subject over 20 years ago. This new book describes, illustrates and dates each coin and provides further references, line drawings, maps, tables and diagrams together with an estimation of rarity of each piece.
