Publish with Aris & Phillips (Classical Texts)
The Aris & Phillips Classical Texts series was started in 1980, since when over 140 titles have been published, all of which are still in print. Many editions in the series are the definitive editions for the texts they contain and they are widely used by universities, schools and individuals. The series editor is Professor Chris Collard, The Queens College, University of Oxford.
We welcome submissions for the Classical Texts series. The series consists of Greek and Latin texts from all genres; plays, poetry, philosophy, oratory, the writings of ancient historians and prose are all welcome.
All texts include the Greek or Latin text, an English translation, introduction and extensive commentary keyed to the translation. Each volume is intended both for Classicists and for those with little or no Greek or Latin and will be used by university and advanced school students and their teachers, scholars, and general readers.
