Giampietro Vieusseux (1779-1863) was an important Italian writer and publisher, owner of a renowned literary institution in Florence. The book reconstructs the efforts of the politician and scholar Giovanni Spadolini (1925-1994) in enhancing the figure of Vieusseux through institutional and cultural activity, in particular by collecting the legacy of the historic magazine Antologia.
