COVID-19 response: our current ordering & processing status

Our warehouses are currently still open, and we are continuing to process and send out orders as normal, although postage, particularly to the European mainland, may be subject to delays. As all of our staff who are able, including our customer service team, are working remotely, which means it may take slightly longer than usual to process your orders. Thanks for your patience!
